At Build Bharat Mart, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, our cancellation and refund policy is designed to make the process simple and straightforward.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return instead.
- Custom or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
- To cancel, contact us via email or phone with your order number.
Returns
- Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery in original, unused condition with all packaging.
- Items must be in their original packaging with tags and labels intact.
- Damaged or defective items are eligible for return within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
- Electrical items, safety equipment, and items marked as non-returnable are exempt from returns.
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Partial refunds may be issued for items not in original condition.
