Orders are packed and dispatched by the seller named on the product page, from their own location. We deliver within India.

Delivery charges

The delivery charge for your order is shown in the cart and at checkout before you pay — nothing is added afterwards. When free delivery is available above an order value, the cart shows how much more you need to add.

When it arrives

• Each product page shows how quickly the seller dispatches it and, once you set your delivery PIN code, an estimate for your area.
• Building materials are often delivered straight from a nearby seller, so products from different sellers in one order may arrive separately.
• Track every order in Your orders; the app also sends a notification at each step — confirmed, shipped, delivered.

At delivery

Please check the items and packaging when they arrive. If anything is damaged, missing or wrong, request a return with photos from Your orders (see Returns, Refunds & Cancellations) or write to buildbharatmart@gmail.com.

Payment

Pay online by UPI, card or net banking through our payment partner Razorpay, or choose cash on delivery where offered at checkout. Every order comes with the seller's GST tax invoice, which you can download from the order page.
