Build Bharat Mart (the website buildbharatmart.com and the Build Bharat Mart apps) is an online marketplace operated by NNPYS Home Solutions LLP, X-52, Budh Vihar Phase 1, New Delhi 110086 (“we”). By using it you agree to these terms.

1. What we are

We run the marketplace; products are sold by independent sellers. The seller of each product is named on its page, and the seller is responsible for the product, its description, its warranty and the GST tax invoice. We handle the platform, payments, order tracking, returns and customer support.

2. Your account

You sign in with your phone number or a supported account such as Google or Apple. Keep access to it secure; orders placed from your account are treated as yours. You can delete your account at any time from the app or by writing to us.

3. Prices and GST

Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST at the rate the seller has declared for the product. The bill shows the taxable value and GST separately. Delivery charges are shown before you pay. If a price is plainly wrong because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when the seller confirms it. A seller may decline an order, for example if stock has run out; we refund you in full if you have paid. You can cancel until the order is dispatched — see Returns, Refunds & Cancellations.

5. Payment

Online payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card details. Cash on delivery is available where offered at checkout.

7. BBM Bucks

BBM Bucks are reward points earned on delivered orders (100 Bucks = ₹1) and spent as a discount at checkout. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred, expire 12 months after they are credited, and are reversed for items that are returned. Some categories do not earn Bucks; the product page shows what each item earns.

8. Reviews and content you post

Reviews must be your own honest experience of a product you bought. We may remove content that is false, abusive, promotional or unlawful. By posting you allow us to display it on the marketplace.

9. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the marketplace — no fraudulent orders, scraping that burdens the service, attempts to break security, or reselling access. We may suspend accounts that do.

10. Liability

We work to keep listings accurate and the service available, but product specifications come from sellers and manufacturers. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

11. Complaints, law and changes

Complaints go to our Grievance Officer. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in New Delhi have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
